HARI wishes to invite you and your family to our Holi Function and Annual Day celebration
HARI Holi Function and Annual Day
The Schedule is
(all kids must arrive at 10 am)
10 am to 11 am : Rehersal
11 am to 12 noon: Snacks
12 noon to 1:45 pm: Cultural Program
1:45 pm to 2:45 pm: Lunch
3 pm: Holi Color (Once we go out to play with colors we are not allowed to get back in the building)

Please RSVP the evite by April 22nd.

Parents and siblings of students are included and any guests are required to pay $10 at the entrance but please include the #s in RSVP so we are able to order food accordingly.

HARI School Spring semester: Opening day Jan 10th

Wish you all a very Happy New Year. Hope you had a great holiday and enjoyed the HARI school break.
HARI school spring semester will start from Jan 10, 2016.
The opening day details are as follows:

The opening day will be the regular HARI School with language classes, snacks followed by culture classes & pending registration.

  • ​​10:15 AM to 11:15 AM – Language classes
  • 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM – Snacks
  • 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM – Culture classes
  • 10:15 AM to 12:15 PM – All pending & new registration for spring semester

    • Registration Fee – $125.00
    • Snacks per family – $10.00 (for this semester)
    • Picnic per family – $ 20.00
    • All siblings – $100.00

Midterm Exam and Semester Closing Activities

Dear Parents:

  1. Dec 20 is a Midterm Exam Day. There is no Quiz for Dec 20.
  2. Exam Outline for each class is enclosed. Respective teachers have already conferred
    with students and parents about the exam.
  3. Followed by Exam from 10:15- 11:15, will be the Parents- Teachers conference
    wherein please provide your input to the teachers; we will appreciate your input.
    HARI will be closed on Dec 27 and Jan 3 for Holidays
  4. The classes will resume on Jan 10. If you have not complete the registration for second half,
    Please complete the registration on Jan 10.

Time: 11 AM – 3 PM

The Hari School Diwali Mela Program:

11AM to 11:30AM: Diwali Milan, Snack Time

11:30AM to 11:40AM: Aarti

11:40AM to 12:30PM: Culture Presentation
12:40PM to 1:30PM: Exciting Games with Prizes by Language Group
1:30 to 2:30PM: Diwali Bhoj

Welcome to HARI.
School for academic year 2015-2016 opens on September 13 at 10:15 AM at Brown Center for Students of Color (old Third World Center)
at 68 Brown Street (corner of Brown and Waterman Street), Providence. RI 02912.

Opening day agenda:
  • Registration: 10:15 am to 11:30 am

    • To complete the registration the following payment is required at that time
    Fee: $250 for entire year or $125 for one semester, if not already paid with 10% discount for sibling (This will cover books and all supplies)

      One time yearly charge for snacks $ 20
      One time yearly charge for Graduation potluck $ 20

  • Orientation: 11:00 am to 11:30 am (​​Old & N​ew Parents)
  • Language Classes: 10:15 am to 11:15 am
  • Snacks Break: 11:15 am to 11:30 am
  • Culture Classes: 11:30 am to 12:15 pm
